I am probably way off on this one but knowing a little Welsh, I couldn’t help but wonder whether Google’s latest Penguin Update has a Welsh connection…

If you’ve not heard of the recent Penguin update, it’s Google’s attempt to punish websites that use spammy SEO techniques (black hat), and break its guidelines. Thereby encouraging webmasters to be ‘white hat’, or Penguin (if you take my ‘white head’ speculative Welsh connection)!
