Unbiased SEO Training
Joe Williams, founder of SEO Training UK, observed a need for unbiased SEO Training, having worked in the natural search arena for the last five years - with roles in both agency and in-house, as well as running his own SEM Consultancy business.
He felt it was sometimes hard for agencies to give truly unbiased SEO Training for its clients, as it often conflicted in the cross selling of their core business services – the actual ‘doing part of SEO’. And he noticed that sometimes clients were only shown a small part of the overall picture, making it difficult to develop up-to-date practical skills to help move beyond the basics.
Where SEO agencies often have lots of hands-on experience, this is something many non-specialised training companies lack. Non-specialised trainers also lack broader knowledge and tend to regurgitate training manuals. This isn't fair on anybody, and should stop!
